Course Description:

Modern quality assurance methods are used in a broad range of business and government regulatory activities, from research and manufacturing to finance and customer service as well as regulatory inspections. This program is intended for those interested in pursuing a career in the quality assurance field or those who are currently working in a related field and wish to upgrade their skills. By the end of the course participants will be able to address the process of deficiencies that hinder customer satisfaction, to use quality control methods at floor level, to gain a greater appreciation of quality assurance and to understand the theory and practice of quality. The programme deals with setting specifications for performance in manufacturing or service industries and the techniques for measuring their achievement. The course is designed in alignment with the American Association of Quality’s body of Knowledge.
